# Student Senate

The Rensselaer Union Student Senate is the chief legislative body of the [[Rensselaer Union]]. It is presided over by the [[Grand Marshal|Student Government/Grand Marshal (GM)]], and consists of senators & committee chairs.

# Structure
According to the [Constitution]
> The Student Senate shall consist of 29 voting members: Seven Senators from the
> Graduate Class, four Senators from each undergraduate class, three Independent
> Senators, and three Greek Senators.

- Any committee chairs
- The Vice GM
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- The Parliamentarian
- The Senate-Eboard Liaison
